1 · Who we are
Jeong Jay is a one-person concierge service operating in Pattaya, Thailand. We help guests book tables and day-passes at Sina Beach Club, Panda Club, and World House Pattaya. This site (jeongjay.com) is owned and operated by Jeong Jay (Wogns Jeong).

2 · What we collect
We only collect what we need to take and confirm your booking:
- Booking details — your name, phone number, the table or day-pass you want, date, number of guests, language preference, the channel you reached us on (LINE / Instagram / WhatsApp / WeChat), and any notes you add.
- Site usage — anonymous session ID, page paths you visited, dwell time, scroll milestones, and whether you tapped a table or a contact button. Used to spot UX problems (e.g. people bouncing at the same step) so we can fix them.
- Technical data — IP address and browser type, logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and rate-limiting. Not joined to your booking record.
We do not collect: passport numbers, payment card details (paid via your own bank's transfer flow), location, microphone, camera, or anything from social-media profiles.
3 · Why we use it (legal basis)
- To fulfil your booking — name, phone, table details (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — contract performance; PDPA s.24(3)).
- To run and improve the site — anonymous analytics, error logs (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal record-keeping — Thai tax / accounting law requires we keep certain transaction records (legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
4 · Who sees your data
Your data stays with Jay and the venue you booked. Specifically:
- Jeong Jay — receives every booking via Telegram to confirm and coordinate with the venue.
- The venue you booked (Sina Beach Club, Panda Club, or World House Pattaya) — receives your name, guest count, date, and table assignment so their host knows you're coming.
- Hosting / infrastructure providers — Vercel (web hosting, EU/US), Neon (Postgres database, EU/US), Telegram (messaging, server location varies). They process data on our instructions only and do not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing to third parties. We don't send marketing emails or SMS — your phone number is used solely to coordinate the booking.
5 · How long we keep it
- Bookings — kept for 2 years from the booking date (Thai accounting record-keeping). After that, the booking row is deleted or anonymised.
- Analytics events — anonymised and rotated out after 90 days.
- Rate-limiting / throttle logs — deleted after 1 day.
- Telegram message history — kept until the booking is closed, then archived for the same 2-year period as the booking row.
6 · Your rights
Under GDPR and Thailand PDPA, you can ask us at any time to:
- See what data we hold about you (access)
- Correct anything wrong (rectification)
- Delete it (erasure / "right to be forgotten")
- Restrict how we use it
- Export your booking history (data portability)
- Withdraw consent for any optional processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU residents: your national DPA; Thailand: PDPC)

7 · Cookies & tracking
We use no marketing or advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. The only data tools active on this site are Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — both are cookieless and collect only aggregate, anonymised performance data (page load time, browser type). No cookie banner is required because no consent-requiring cookies are set.
Your browser stores a few essentials only: a hashed session ID for analytics (rotated nightly), and your language preference if you change it. These are stored in localStorage, not cookies, and never transmitted to advertisers.
8 · Security
Booking data sits in an encrypted Postgres database. The connection between your browser and this site is HTTPS-only with HSTS + preload (browsers refuse to fall back to plain HTTP). Admin access to bookings is restricted to Jay's Telegram chat, with two-factor protection on the account.
What we don't store: we never see your bank or card details. Payment for bookings happens via direct bank transfer from your own banking app to the venue's account — the account number is shared in the Telegram chat at the time of booking, not stored on the site.
9 · Children
This service is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 20 (the legal age for nightclubs in Thailand). If you believe a child has submitted a booking, contact us and we'll delete the record.
10 · International transfers
Our hosting (Vercel) and database (Neon) run on infrastructure in the EU and US. When data leaves Thailand it's protected by standard contractual clauses with these providers. Telegram routes messages through its own server network, which can include non-EU jurisdictions.
11 · Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a material way, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a short note in the site footer for 30 days afterwards. Continued use of the site after the date constitutes acceptance.
